Cancellation of your membership:

Your membership may be cancelled at any time. We will cancel your membership immediately upon receipt of your email request to admin@forexworx.net
Any future membership subscriptions will not be collected, however any subscriptions already collected cannot be refunded.

Our Data Policy:

We will never release any of your information held by us to any third party.
We will only use your data to communicate with you about our services.
As you're trading via an independent platform that you have selected, we will hold any trading information you supply us solely for the purpose of commenting upon that trading information and will hold them only until we have responded to your questions.

Refunds:

If we cannot fulfil this guarantee then we will refund your money.
If you feel you are due a refund then please email admin@forexworx.net indicating which payment you
feel should be and refunded and the reason why.
